THX 1138 Original 1971 Version DVD

Hi! I am completely new to this forum.  I know that many of you are
outraged by Lucas' revisions to THX 1138 and the Star Wars Classic
Trilogy.  So am I and I did something about it.

I have emailed a few people earlier already and as you know, I have
available the original 1971 cut of THX 1138 on DVD-R for anyone who
would like to purchase a copy.

I do not want to offend the administrators of this great forum but I do
want to have this product available for those fans who want the true,
unaltered version of this film.

The DVD is mastered from the domestic Warner Bros. laserdisc with
 broadcast quality equipment and the image quality is about equal to a
 good LD with some slight pixelation.  The source material is not as clean
 as the official 2004 release but I guarantee you, it's better than those
 old, crusty VHS tapes lying around.  I give the picture an 8 out of 10.
 Sound is Dolby Stereo 2.0.

The price is $15 per disc with free shipping anywhere in the USA.  $20 to
 Europe/Asia.  The cost helps me offset labor, blank Ritek DVD's, and the
 time to make these discs.  If anyone is interested email me and I will

Perhaps you meant well, but your obviously in serious denial about the fact that what you're attempting to do is against the law and for good reason.  You are trying to profit off of someone else's lawful rights to this material.

I produce auto enthusiast features and sell copies on DVD-R for 5 bucks - POSTAGE INCLUDED.
So don't even think of trying to defend any work that goes into making copies of somebody else's material .

You need to re-think your position in this world.
If you want to be a rebel and fuck with the system, that's cool with me.  But charging 30 bucks a whack for the privlage is just plain wrong.  You lost this customer.  Good luck though.
