Subject of the divine

Hi eveyone. I have a question and I hope someone can help me.
OMM says: 'Blessings of the state, blessings of the masses.
Thou art a subject of the divine'.
Does 'the divine' mean 'theologists'? And does that mean that they have theologists who study the people instead of, for instance, the Bible?

I understand the term "the divine" as a refernce to God, a deity, or OMM Himself.

But in the "Hail Mary's" that THX is saying in the confessional booth, there is no mention of a god. It's all about the people:
'Masses for the masses. Masses are what we are. All in all, we are the masses".
And OMM says to THX: "Blessings of the STATE. Blessings of the MASSES.' (Not God)
OMM also says: "Thou art created in the image of MAN." (Not the image of God)
So I thought, maybe the theologists study the people.

Lucas mixes the occidental christianism, capitalism and communism as a same totalitarism. I think he didn't need to reference to God: OMM looks like a Christ and his sentences refer to the religious vocabulary.
Is capitalism a modern religion ?
Is communism a former religion who lost his adepts ?

The language is close to the language of Christianity, but there is no mention of God. Clearly mankind is to be the center and focus of the universe in THX's world.

Thank you everyone! I was just asking it because I am subtitling "THX 1138-the Director's Cut" (Dutch subtitles).
