Forum Registration Broken

Upgraded the forum software last week and come to find out it broke something in the registration process.  Unfortunately I can't figure out what that is yet.

Additionally, (once its working again) all forum signups must be approved by yours truly, in an attempt to combat the constant string of link-spammer signups.  Yes that means you.

I'll post back here once its fixed.
