From the look of the website, it is the old, VHS version.  Maybe that is just the cover art that they used.

Or, it could be the REAL version available online.

Im not 100% sure, but I think its the new re-release version.

I have a 360 and when viewing it through the Videomarketplace, it shows the new Dvd cover. You can actually preview a movie before you rent/buy it, and so I did, but it shows the original 70's trailer. But I would think they would use the new dvd source, instead of the vhs version.
