Original Movie Available on DVD?

Back in 2001 I saw the original in widescreen on the IFC channel - afterwards they showed Electronic Labyrinth. There was no CGI added and the transfer looked amazing. Is the original available on DVD? I saw the rerelease in the theatre and was a little sad to see the added effects - I thought it took away from the atmosphere of the original. This is my first post so if I am missing a previous one I apologize.
